Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Product Manager - Groups Connectivity in United States.
This role sits at the core of a high-growth travel and fintech platform redefining how businesses manage group travel at scale. You will own the foundational connectivity layer that powers real-time hotel supply, API integrations, and booking infrastructure for complex group reservations. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, and external hospitality partners, you will shape how group travel requests become instant, reliable bookings instead of slow, manual processes. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role with significant technical depth and cross-functional influence. Your work will directly impact platform scalability, supplier performance, and the end-to-end customer experience. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where decisions compound across millions of transactions.
- Define and lead the connectivity strategy for group travel, including APIs, integrations, and real-time availability systems that connect hospitality supply with booking workflows
- Own and evolve the roadmap for hotel system integrations and supplier connectivity, ensuring scalable and reliable data and booking flows across partners
- Reduce friction in hotel response and booking cycles by identifying bottlenecks and building scalable automation and integration solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, contracting, operations, and external partners to design and deliver high-impact platform capabilities
- Develop platform-level infrastructure thinking, enabling future expansion into broader API offerings and ecosystem connectivity
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to streamline workflows such as RFP matching, document processing, and contract analysis
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally with strong exposure to platform products, APIs, or integration-heavy systems
- Proven experience working on complex technical products involving external partners, data flows, or supply-side infrastructure
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply with engineers and translate system constraints into product decisions
- Experience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments requiring structured problem solving and independent execution
- Ability to build and communicate clear product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases across diverse stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with experience influencing engineering teams, executives, and external partners
- Background in travel, hospitality, fintech, or adjacent industries is a plus but not required
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from 206,000 to 285,100 USD depending on experience and location
- Additional compensation components may include equity and variable pay opportunities
- Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare and other employee support programs
- Flexible hybrid working model designed to support both in-office and remote success
- Access to a high-growth, well-funded environment with strong industry backing
- Additional perks and benefits tailored to role type, geography, and employment classification.
