This role is a high-impact communications leadership position focused on shaping brand narrative, elevating executive visibility, and driving global media presence in a fast-moving cybersecurity and AI-driven environment. You will lead end-to-end public relations strategy, ensuring cohesive storytelling across press, analyst relations, speaking engagements, and corporate communications. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives that resonate with media, customers, and industry stakeholders. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring both vision and operational excellence. You will also manage agency partners and drive integrated communication campaigns aligned with key business milestones. This is a highly visible position where your work directly influences brand awareness, market perception, and demand generation.

• Own and execute the global PR and communications strategy, including media relations, thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and awards.
• Develop and maintain a strong messaging architecture that differentiates the company in cybersecurity and AI-driven markets.
• Lead relationships with PR agencies, including performance management, coordination, and budget oversight.
• Manage media relations by proactively pitching stories, responding to inquiries, and securing coverage in tier-1 and industry outlets.
• Support executive communications, including speeches, op-eds, briefing materials, and thought leadership content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for external and internal audiences.
• Drive communications planning around product launches, events, funding announcements, and key corporate milestones.
• Oversee content creation including press releases, blog posts, briefing documents, and media materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure message alignment across all channels.
• Manage crisis and issues communications planning, ensuring rapid and effective response strategies when needed.
• Define KPIs, measure PR performance, and continuously optimize communications strategies based on data and insights.

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or related fields, ideally in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven experience leading PR strategy in high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, or AI/enterprise tech environments.
• Strong track record of securing meaningful media coverage across trade and business press.
• Experience managing agency partners, budgets, and integrated communications programs.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across multiple formats, including press releases, executive content, and thought leadership.
• Experience preparing senior executives for media engagements, keynotes, and public speaking opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into accessible, compelling messaging.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with marketing, product, sales, and executive leadership teams.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $210,000 annually
