About This Position
Professional Solutions Delivered, LLC (ProSoDel) is a total solutions provider for government and commercial customers in the areas of Program Management, Logistics, Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training, and Information Technology (IT) Support Services. We are currently seeking an Information Technology Generalist (Senior) to join our team of professionals in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Engineering and Logistics Directorate (SEA 05).
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Lead Navy ERP administrative and management support for SEA 05 operations, ensuring effective execution of ERP processes across financial, programmatic, workforce, and workload functions.
- Oversee development and implementation of Navy ERP policies, procedures, guidance, training materials, and process improvements supporting execution year planning and defined tasking requirements.
- Analyze ERP reporting requirements, legacy financial systems, and workload planning data to provide recommendations that improve financial management, program execution, and workforce planning.
- Support ERP integration efforts across SEA 05 by coordinating workload demand forecasting, enterprise cost management framework activities, and execution year planning requirements.
- Provide strategic and technical recommendations for ERP roadmaps, tactical planning, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies supporting Navy ERP modernization and sustainment efforts.
- Serve as a senior resource for troubleshooting complex Navy ERP transactional issues, researching system errors, and supporting corrective actions involving ERP databases and data warehousing functions.
- Oversee maintenance of project structures, fund centers, responsible cost centers, role assignments, and ERP access controls to ensure proper system governance and operational continuity.
- Support ERP account management, user role mapping, audit readiness, training coordination, and compliance with Access Enforcement Tool requirements across SEA 05 organizations.
- Coordinate with SEA 05 leadership, NAVSEA ERP Competency Leadership, NAVSEA Comptroller, FMB, contractors, and technical stakeholders to resolve ERP issues and improve business operations.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Professional Associations)
Education
- Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED and more than twenty (20) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design, or authorization, or a related functional area; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design, or authorization, or a related functional area; OR
- Master’s degree in a relevant field and ten (10) years of relevant experience in cyber security, information system management, software development, design, or authorization, or a related functional area.
Preferred Experience
- DoD-approved Information Assurance baseline certification at Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level I in accordance with DoD Directive 8570.01-M (Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program).
- Experience supporting Navy IT systems including Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository-DoN (DITPR-DON), and DoN Application and Database Management System (DADMS).
- Experience supporting Navy/DoD information systems security requirements and enterprise IT environments.
