Staff Data Engineer - REMOTE

This role is vital in architecting and leading the data foundation that powers innovative data products. You will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems, enhancing customer experiences through actionable insights and advanced machine learning. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency, scalability, and performance of our data-driven initiatives, enabling the company to thrive. Accountabilities- Design and maintain foundational data models for analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives.
- Develop frameworks and tools for scalable data products.
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models and dashboards.
- Lead complex data initiatives and create impactful analytical models.
- Bachelors degree or higher in relevant fields (Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Proven experience in delivering data products and platform capabilities.
- Expertise with data stack technologies such as DBT, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
- Strong understanding of data modeling best practices and data governance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
