About This Position
About the Role:
Elite Building Services is seeking motivated individuals living in the Tampa and Orlando Florida areas to join our Specialty Services Crew. You will be traveling throughout the entire state of Florida. This position is ideal for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering high-quality work. Our Specialty Services team performs a variety of specialized cleaning and facility service projects for commercial clients. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to change hours as needed is a part of this role.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 hours per day, 1st shift (Occasional 2nd shift)
Responsibilities:
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Maintain attention to detail while completing assigned tasks
- Work independently or as part of a team
- Maintain organization of equipment and supplies
- Represent the company professionally at all job sites
Additional Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Installation of privacy curtains and tracking in medical settings.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs
- Willingness to travel when required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift equipment and work in a physical environment
Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience
Travel:
Travel reimbursement and lodging are provided.

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30+ pounds regularly every day
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scanning and job tracking
- Comfortable working above head height
- Frequent climbing up and down a step ladder
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
- Climb stairs and ladders
Skills: The required skills for this position, ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety procedures, attention to detail, and ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
