About This Position
Loch Harbour Group, Inc. is seeking a Web & Digital Interface Designer with strong Jira administration and Power Platform development experience to support Knowledge & Process Management initiatives.
This role will focus on designing and maintaining digital interfaces, workflows, and dashboards that support enterprise operations across HR, finance, access management, and program execution. The ideal candidate will combine user-centered design, workflow automation, and data visualization to improve usability, efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
Experience & Skills- Jira Administrator/Developer experience (not just a power user)
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain complex workflows and dashboards
- Experience managing enterprise ticketing systems supporting HR, finance, access, and operational processes
- Experience generating and analyzing operational metrics such as throughput, cycle time, and backlog
- Strong ability to provide clear reporting of system status, impacts, and performance
- Experience collaborating with process owners and analytics teams to drive workflow improvements
- Experience developing applications using Power Apps and Power BI
- Strong understanding of data models, connectors, and system integrations
- Knowledge of web design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Web Design, Data Analytics, or related field
Required Technical Skills
- Atlassian Jira Administration (workflow design, automation, dashboards)
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)
- SharePoint Online
- Atlassian Confluence
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (required at time of hire)
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA
