As we expand into our new Draper, Utah office, we are looking for a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources & Operations Manager to establish our new office and oversee the day-to-day operations while managing key Human Resources functions. This is a critical dual-role responsible for creating a smooth, efficient, and positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and cares deeply about both operational excellence and employee experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Office Management
· Plan and manage all aspects of daily office operations for new office location, including facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment.
· Oversee office space planning, seating arrangements, renovations, and workplace organization.
· Plan and coordinate office events, team meetings, and employee engagement activities.
· Monitor and manage the office budget for facilities, supplies, and operations.
· Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, functional, and welcoming.
Human Resources
· Participate in all HR functions with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Deliver training to new hires and other employees as needed.
· Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit processes.
· Assist with employee benefits, leave of absence tracking, and HR documentation.
· Handle employee relations issues and serve as a trusted point of contact for staff.
· Maintain compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
· Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
· Keep employee records, HRIS systems, and personnel files accurate and up to date.
General
· Act as the go-to person for office and employee-related questions.
· Identify opportunities to improve office processes and employee experience.
· Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and administrative needs.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
· Over 5 years of combined experience in office management, facilities, and HR
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and best practices.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
· Professional, approachable, and solution-oriented personality.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office operations.
· Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience planning office opening, moves, and/or renovations
· Event planning experience

The office environment is fast-paced and collaborative. An employee must be willing and able to work their regularly assigned work schedule onsite, and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on company or departmental needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (<25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
