Accounts Receivable Specialist - Oakland, KY at OAKLAND CORPORATE – Oakland, Kentucky

Summary/Objective

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is an entry level position responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts receivable records. (non-inclusive description)

Primary Responsibilities

• Process customer payments
• Generate customer statements
• Analyze customer accounts
• Perform collections
• Prepare and participate in audits
• Assist with other miscellaneous accounting and office duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
