Platinum Technologies is seeking an Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead to join our company.
This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI.
What you get to do.
- Serve as the lead Intelligence Solutions Integrator, coordinating analytic facilitation and collaboration across intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions in support of operational missions.
- Provide team leadership and task management for intelligence personnel, assigning and prioritizing work activities to ensure timely delivery of mission products aligned with operational priorities and commander’s intelligence requirements.
- Coordinate with U.S., coalition, and partner nation stakeholders to enable intelligence information sharing and promote interoperability of intelligence data and systems.
- Deliver professional briefings, operational updates, and analytic findings to leadership and mission partners, translating complex intelligence concepts into clear, actionable insights.
- Qualified as an Analytic Facilitator in Technical Exhibit 2, with four years of experience leading teams and managing subordinate personnel conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
- Experience working with bilateral and multilateral partners to support intelligence information sharing and intelligence data or system interoperability.
- Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences, including leadership and mission stakeholders.
- Ability to draft and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, and produce reports incorporating text and graphics to effectively convey complex concepts.
Requirements.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum five (5+) years of experience developing and delivering training for military or intelligence personnel.
- Experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials in accordance with TRADOC and Army training standards.
- Demonstrated experience conducting instructor-led training, workshops, or operational exercises.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to instruct military audiences and intelligence professionals.
