Riverbend Landscaping is looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping and hardscaping projects across residential and commercial properties. From planting and grading to assisting with patios and outdoor features, youll help bring beautiful outdoor designs to life while working alongside a supportive and experienced crew. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and wants to grow their career in the landscaping industry.

• Assist with landscaping and hardscaping installation projects including planting, mulching, edging, and grading.

• Help install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features.

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, shovels, and compact equipment when trained.

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for job sites.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while performing work.

• Support crew leaders and supervisors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards.

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks when required.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress.

• 1+ year of landscaping experience preferred.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment is preferred.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work well as part of a team.

• Valid drivers license preferred.
