Project Manager at GlobexPeople – Manila

The Project Manager L2 is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale infrastructure and communications projects within the Global Network and Unified Communications organization. This role manages cross-functional initiatives focused on implementation, enhancement, and optimization of global network and collaboration technologies supporting commercial offices and manufacturing plants worldwide.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-region infrastructure deployments.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management using Waterfall, Agile, and SCRUM frameworks.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports.

• Manage stakeholder communication across global teams.

• Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Global Network Projects

Manage projects involving implementation and enhancement of:

• Local Area Network (LAN)

• Wide Area Network (WAN)

• Border/Edge Network Infrastructure

• Manufacturing Network Segmentation

• Data Center Network Infrastructure

• Wireless Network Solutions

Unified Communications Projects

Oversee deployment and enhancement of:

• Cloud Voice Solutions

• Cloud Contact Centers

• Cellular Antenna Systems

• Enterprise Collaboration Technologies

Infrastructure Deployment & Site Management

• Partner with Global Engineering Services and Facilities teams.

• Lead IT infrastructure implementation for:

• Commercial office sites

• Manufacturing plants

• New site builds
  

• Office consolidations

• Decommissioning of closed sites

• Ensure seamless transition from design through deployment and operational handover.

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Coordinate with global IT, engineering, facilities, and business stakeholders.

• Manage third-party vendors and service providers.

• Facilitate executive-level reporting and presentations.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.

• Track KPIs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  
  Qualification:
  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience.

• Strong background in network infrastructure and unified communications.

• Experience managing global, cross-functional projects.

• PMP Certification (preferred or required based on policy).

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
