This role is ideal for a highly skilled technical project manager who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys delivering high-impact IT and infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate critical projects across internal systems, security programs, and technical vendor implementations, ensuring execution is visible, accountable, and aligned with business priorities. Working closely with engineering and IT leadership, you will translate strategic direction into actionable plans, manage dependencies across teams, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. This position requires a strong technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments. The role offers autonomy, direct ownership over outcomes, and the opportunity to influence infrastructure and internal system strategy.
Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and infrastructure projects, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and ownership are clearly defined.
Translate executive direction into structured project plans with clear timelines, risk assessments, and actionable deliverables.
Coordinate technical initiatives with engineering, IT, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, device management, and internal platform rollouts.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and blockers before they impact delivery, escalating when necessary with context.
Maintain project documentation, status boards, and visibility systems to ensure leadership is informed without micromanagement.
Lead project meetings, synthesize discussions into actionable items, and communicate progress in plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Oversee technical workstreams including security remediation programs, cloud environment buildouts, IT tooling implementations, and internal system migrations.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects.
Proven experience in IT system rollouts, security or compliance programs, internal platform migrations, or technical vendor implementations.
Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or high-growth environments without predefined playbooks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder accountability and maintain project momentum with minimal oversight.
Comfort working directly alongside engineers and IT specialists, understanding technical discussions and translating them into actionable plans.
High ownership mindset, bias toward action, and pragmatic problem-solving approach.
Nice to Have: experience in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated industries; familiarity with SOC 2, HIPAA, or similar compliance frameworks; prior involvement with device management or endpoint rollouts; experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
