You will serve as a key architect of the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and advanced analytics across all HR functions. Working closely with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into scalable system solutions, manage the full HRIS lifecycle, and lead process improvements. This position requires a balance of technical expertise, operational excellence, and strategic thinking, with opportunities to influence global HR processes and enable organizational growth. Success in this role will impact workforce productivity, compliance, and the overall employee experience across multiple geographies.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will manage, optimize, and evolve the HR technology environment to deliver operational excellence and strategic insights:
Own Workday HCM, Reporting, and Performance modules, leading end-to-end system lifecycle from requirements to deployment and release management.
Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Help, Journeys, Talent, and Time.
Lead collaborative sessions with business stakeholders to translate complex HR requirements into scalable system solutions.
Oversee accurate document generation (offer letters, termination agreements, employee covenants) in partnership with Legal.
Continuously evaluate HR workflows to identify friction points and implement system enhancements improving manager and employee experience.
Ensure audit readiness, SOX compliance, and governance through reporting, documentation, and internal control adherence.
Manage Workday release cycles, adopting new features effectively while maintaining detailed process and configuration documentation.
Candidates should bring advanced Workday expertise, strong analytical skills, and proven experience managing complex HRIS environments:
5+ years hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including Configuration, Benefits, Compensation, and Advanced Reporting.
Deep understanding of job architecture, company hierarchies, and HRIS integration during M&A activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel, and familiarity with third-party integrations and data privacy regulations.
Experience operating in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, functional specifications, business case development, and test execution.
Workday Pro HCM or Reporting Certification highly preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical HRIS concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
High-level time management, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
Solid understanding of security controls, audit requirements, and internal control compliance.
