As Senior Account Executive – Automotive, you will take full ownership of regional business development and client success. Key responsibilities include:
Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence in the North East U.S. automotive sector.
Identify, engage, and build relationships with key prospects, including dealer groups, dealerships, and automotive marketplaces.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal, negotiation, closing, and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, onboarding) to ensure seamless client experience and translate feedback into actionable insights.
Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry landscape, client operations, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategy.
Deliver measurable revenue growth while fostering long-term client relationships and repeat business.
The ideal candidate brings a combination of industry knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic mindset. Requirements include:
4+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager within the automotive industry.
Established network and deep understanding of dealerships, dealer groups, DMS/IMS systems, and CRM providers.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building and nurturing strategic accounts.
Results-oriented, with consistent overperformance against targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales channels.
English native-level proficiency.
Current residence in the North East U.S.
