Location: Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, Minnesota
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:45PM
Pay: $17.00-$22.85 per hour; based on experience

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Daycare Teacher to join our team. What You’ll Do
As a Daycare Teacher, you’ll guide daily classroom activities and support each child’s development through:
- Supervising children at all times, both individually and in groups
- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate curriculum activities
- Assisting with daily routines such as meals and personal care
- Observing, assessing, and documenting each child’s growth and development
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Supporting children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive needs
- Keeping accurate accident and injury reports
- Serving as a positive role model for children
- Maintaining confidentiality for children, families, and staff
- Leading parenting education and activities on a rotating Saturday schedule
Team Support & Additional Duties
- Collaborate with the center team to provide high-quality care
- Assist with general housekeeping, kitchen duties, and light maintenance
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma or GED
- 24 credits in a child care-related field
- 4,160 hours of experience as an Assistant Teacher
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position. You should be comfortable with:
- Communicating clearly with children, parents, and team members
- Lifting children (up to 60 lbs) throughout the day
- Sitting, standing, crouching, and engaging at a child’s level
- Using child-sized furniture and being active in the classroom
- Staying on your feet or moving for extended periods
