In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in both residential and commercial settings. • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems in homes and businesses.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with local codes.

• Accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions in a timely manner.

• Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues, service recommendations, and next steps.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and service vehicles.

• Document all work performed, including labor, parts used, and system diagnostics.

• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and uphold service standards.

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience, including service and troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical documents.

• Clear and professional communication skills, especially when interacting with customers.

• Must be reliable, task-oriented, and safety-conscious.

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.

• SST and OSHA certifications required or willingness to obtain.
