We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in New Castle, PA and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your clinical expertise is valued, and your schedule is yours to control.

• Licensure: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in Pennsylvania.
• Certification: Valid CPR/BLS Certification.
• Health Requirements: Current TB Testing Documentation and a Physical Examination (within the last year).
• Skills: Strong clinical instincts with the ability to react decisively in emergencies.
• Communication: Impeccable verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience preferred.

• Nursing Oversight: Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate care delivery to meet patient needs within the scope of the Practical Nurse Act of Pennsylvania.
• Clinical Care: Administer medications, injections, and wound care dressings according to provider orders and facility policies.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Observe, evaluate, and immediately report changes in patient symptoms, conditions, or reactions to treatments.
• Team Support: Assist the healthcare team with treatment plans, health checks, and basic diagnostic tests.
• Communication: Liaison between patients, families, and the wider healthcare team to ensure a thorough understanding of treatment plans.
