In this role, you will lead the creation and execution of strategic media plans that drive business growth and deliver measurable results. Working closely with sales, analytics, and cross-functional teams, you will translate client goals into actionable, KPI-driven recommendations across multiple digital channels. You will oversee the end-to-end planning process for proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery while influencing campaign strategies across display, video, social, email, streaming audio, and DOOH. This position offers the opportunity to shape media planning practices, improve processes, and contribute to high-impact campaigns in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development of comprehensive media plans and proposals to support new business and account growth
  • Manage the end-to-end planning process for RFPs and proactive proposals, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery
  • Present media strategies and recommendations to sales teams and internal stakeholders, adapting as campaign details evolve
  • Translate client objectives into audience, inventory, and targeting recommendations using internal and third-party data
  • Guide campaign design across multiple channels including display, video, social, email, streaming audio, and DOOH
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on media products, solutions, and capabilities for internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with sales, analytics, and other teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Continuously improve proposal quality, workflows, and planning processes to enhance efficiency and consistency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
  • 3–4 years of experience in digital media planning, strategy, or online advertising
  • Strong understanding of digital ad metrics, pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA), and analytics
  • Proven ability to plan campaigns across multiple advertising categories using data-driven insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, analytics, and strategy teams
  • Agency experience is a plus
