  • Mentor and support teammates, sharing best practices in interaction design, prototyping, and interface development.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong design expertise with strategic thinking and excellent collaboration skills:

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful work.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and other prototyping or interaction design tools.
  • Strong understanding of web applications, client-side apps, and native mobile platforms, including design possibilities and limitations.
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to completion.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions to clients and team members.
  • Experience working within and evolving design systems, balancing pre-existing components with new design needs.
  • Comfortable operating in agile development environments and delivering realistic, high-quality solutions within project constraints.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation based on project scope and experience.
  • Flexible remote work opportunities across the United States.
