Accountabilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to midmarket clients, engaging with C-level executives to understand business objectives and challenges
  • Identify, evaluate, and design solutions tailored to clients’ needs using in-depth product and service knowledge
  • Develop and implement account strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and customer success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sale implementation and ongoing support
  • Analyze market trends and client data to anticipate needs and proactively recommend solutions
  • Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline, and progress toward targets
  • Build strong relationships, earning client confidence through professionalism, reliability, and expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in complex relationship or solution selling
  • Experience with strategic account management, including forecasting and pipeline growth
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies preferred
  • Strong consultative and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage complex client engagements
