This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful growth and engagement within a dynamic MSP customer base. You will lead lifecycle and expansion-focused marketing programs that increase product adoption, upsell opportunities, and long-term customer value. Working closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing teams, you will develop campaigns, enablement materials, and value-driven initiatives that resonate with MSP partners. This hands-on position requires strategic thinking, meticulous execution, and the ability to manage multiple programs across the customer lifecycle. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while shaping the way MSP customers experience products and services. The position is fully remote, offering autonomy and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive measurable results.
- Plan and execute MSP-focused expansion and lifecycle campaigns to drive adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and customer growth
- Build and manage email nurture programs and other automated communications for MSP customers at various lifecycle stages
- Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and value-driven programs in partnership with Product Marketing and Content Marketing teams
- Develop and distribute enablement resources to support MSP sales and customer success efforts
- Align marketing programs with customer needs and lifecycle milestones in collaboration with Account Management and Client Success teams
- Partner with RevOps to execute campaigns in HubSpot and track performance, providing insights for optimization
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely execution and reporting on performance metrics
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including direct experience marketing to MSPs
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation platforms
- Proven success building and executing lifecycle or expansion-focused marketing programs
- Strong copywriting skills for emails, communications, and enablement materials
- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of MSP customer lifecycle dynamics, adoption, growth, and retention strategies
- Collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally with Account Management, Customer Support, and other marketing teams
- Data-driven approach with experience analyzing program performance and optimizing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or related technology markets is a plus
