- Drive outbound sales efforts through targeted campaigns, cold outreach, and lead follow-up to generate new business opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and develop leads, converting prospects into customers through effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineering, marketing, product management) to deliver tailored solutions and support product launches
- Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Support the sales pipeline by preparing quotes, coordinating deal progression, and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to refine value propositions and sales approaches
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance, manage opportunities, and optimize sales processes
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to expand network and generate insights
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven experience selling parking safety or related industrial products
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and other sales platforms
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close deals in a remote sales environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
