• Collaborate with lead electricians to execute the seamless installation, maintenance, and repair of residential electrical systems.

• Support critical project phases including rough-in, trim-out, and final installations under expert supervision.

• Organize and transport essential tools, materials, and equipment to ensure job sites remain productive and efficient.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by strictly following all safety procedures and company policies.

• Execute basic electrical tasks as your technical skills develop, taking on increasing responsibility over time.

• Contribute to team deadlines by maintaining a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to daily tasks.

• Represent the companys commitment to quality by ensuring every residential project meets our high standards.

• Reliable and punctual professional with a strong internal drive to learn the electrical trade.

• Ability to follow complex verbal and written instructions accurately to ensure project precision.

• Willingness to work in diverse indoor and outdoor environments under varying weather conditions.

• Physically capable of lifting materials, climbing ladders, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day.

• Demonstrated commitment to job site awareness and a safety-first mentality.

• 3+ years of previous experience in a construction or electrical field environment. Experience in residential new construction is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools commonly used in residential electrical work.

• Possession of a valid, non-restricted drivers license for potential site-to-site travel.

• Weekly pay cycle with significant overtime potential (averaging 5070 hours per week).
