About This Position
The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure a positive experience with our company. You will play a key role in building customer trust and supporting cross-functional collaboration to deliver outstanding service.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and help customers place orders
- Support our sales team - become a true partner with them
- Help customers find the right products for their needs
- Pitch in with packing orders in the warehouse when needed
- Be a go-to product expert — customers will rely on your knowledge
- Coordinate shipping and freight logistics
- Jump in to help solve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Keep track of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Assist with pricing updates and supplier relations
- Help create a great team vibe focused on collaboration and improvement
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of experience in the lawn care, turf, or landscaping industry
1+ year of customer service experience
Comfortable working directly with customers — in person or over the phone
Bonus points if you have sales experience, turf management, or horticultural experience and education
