Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift at TIG, The Integration Group – Boone, Iowa

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to transport products.
• Load and unload trailers, stage pallets, and move inventory within the facility.
• Ensure all loads are secure, stable, and correctly placed to prevent damage or contamination.
• Follow all company policies and industry regulations regarding cleanliness and food safety
• Inspect forklifts before and after shifts and report maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas as part of food safety protocols.
• Comply with all OSHA and warehouse safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, quality control, and logistics teams.
• Assist in general warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience, preferably in a food-grade or warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and pay close attention to detail.
• Willingness to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols.
