Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time | High-Earning Potential

Are you a motivated Dental Hygienist looking to grow in a fast-paced, patient-focused office with strong earning potential and a supportive team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic RDH to join our thriving practice!

Schedule:

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: OFF
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1 per month required)

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Passion for patient care and education
• Experience with periodontal therapy and adjunctive treatments is a plus
• Familiarity with Open Dental, iTero, or digital systems is preferred (but not required)

Education and Training

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene
• Registered Dental Hygiene License from practicing state
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of Open Dental, a plus
• Possess outstanding time management and communication skills
• Ability to work within a team for the good of the patient and practice

FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
