As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with large, global employer clients in the wellbeing space. You will manage complex renewals, expand existing accounts, and partner with clients to deliver measurable value and ROI. This role requires building trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding business and regulatory priorities, and developing strategic plans tailored to each client. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success, deliver insightful presentations, and monitor contractual obligations. The position offers a high-impact, consultative sales environment where your expertise in health, benefits, and population management will shape client outcomes. - Build and maintain strong executive relationships with stakeholders across client organizations, leveraging industry knowledge and consultative expertise
- Deliver on revenue goals through renewals, account expansion, and management of strategic and enterprise-level clients
- Proactively identify client objectives, challenges, and regulatory considerations to design actionable, client-specific strategic plans
- Lead complex renewal and expansion sales processes, including Salesforce pipeline management, RFP proposals, negotiations, and contract oversight
- Develop and present business reviews, data-driven insights, and strategic recommendations to support client success and long-term engagement
- Monitor contractual obligations and communicate potential risks to management while ensuring client satisfaction and referenceability
- Partner with internal stakeholders to share client feedback, status updates, and strategic initiatives for your portfolio
Requirements:
- 8+ years of sales and/or account management experience, with a strong background in health, wellbeing, population health, digital health, or related industries
- Deep understanding of employee benefits, self-funded plans, and consultative selling techniques
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, deliver renewals, and expand lines of business
- Experience with data analytics, health promotion research, or benefits strategy management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce for pipeline and client management
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at executive levels
- Demonstrated ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and measurable results
- Adaptable mindset; diverse experience is welcomed even if not all qualifications are met
