About This Position

Senior AI Product Manager, Agents

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Product Manager, Agents in United States.

This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader with deep experience in AI and agentic systems. You will design, deploy, and orchestrate intelligent agents that transform complex operational workflows into scalable, automated processes. Embedded in cross-functional teams, you will directly influence how business operations and client services leverage agentic technology to drive measurable growth. The role requires both strategic thinking and technical execution, from prototyping new agents to defining reusable frameworks that accelerate adoption. You will have visibility across high-impact projects, working closely with engineering, data science, and business leaders to ensure AI-driven initiatives deliver tangible outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to shape emerging AI capabilities, optimize workflows, and mentor teams in building production-grade agentic systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic systems that automate and optimize complex operational workflows.
  • Translate business processes into orchestrated agent workflows, connecting data, tools, and decision logic to drive efficiency.
  • Develop starter kits and reusable frameworks to enable teams to adopt agentic execution for client engagements.
  • Serve as the product lead for key workstreams, turning strategic vision into actionable plans and coordinating progress across teams.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to integrate structured business context into agent-driven workflows.
  • Measure and communicate the impact of agentic systems, defining success criteria, tracking outcomes, and reporting ROI to leadership.
  • Mentor colleagues and share best practices in agentic development, orchestration, and workflow optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building and deploying production-grade agents and agentic workflows that deliver measurable business value.
  • Strong technical proficiency: ability to write prompts, read code, prototype solutions, and debug agent behavior.
  • Systems thinking: ability to decompose complex processes into discrete tasks, orchestrate them into workflows, and design intelligence layers for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver AI/ML solutions that improve key business metrics and operational outcomes.
  • Data fluency: comfortable with SQL, Python, data modeling, and experimentation frameworks to evaluate agentic system performance.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous, 0→1 environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and rally teams around a shared vision.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary of $155,000 – $185,000 plus potential equity participation.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life, short-term, and long-term disability insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and paid parental bonding benefits.
  • Generous Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): 20 days annually, increasing to 25 days after five years of service.
  • 401(k) plan with employer match.
  • Employee Assistance Program and additional wellness support.
  • Opportunities to lead high-visibility AI initiatives and shape agentic systems across the organization.
