Bring the FUN and lead the way as Store Manager at our brand-new location at Eastview Mall, Rochester, NY

About the Role

You will be building a team, that will create memorable customer experiences, and be the face of fun. You’ll drive results, develop your team, and work closely with our Home Office to make magic happen in-store.

What You’ll Do

· Create a fun, welcoming, high-energy store atmosphere

· Coach and lead your team to deliver top-tier customer service

· Drive sales and hit store targets by analyzing KPIs and setting smart goals

· Plan and execute events that turn shopping into an experience

· Partner with visual merchandisers to keep the store looking great

· Hire, train, and grow a passionate and performance-focused team

· Share feedback, insights, and wins with the Home Office

· Keep operations running smoothly and safely every day

What We’re Looking For

· 2+ years in retail, hospitality, events, or education leadership

· A hands-on, solutions-focused leader with great energy and a love for play

· Sales-minded and customer-obsessed with an eye for presentation

· Strong communicator with coaching and development skills

· Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)

· Detail-oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms

Bonus Points If You Have

· Retail or event management experience

· Background in education or training

· Knowledge of merchandising, loss prevention, or store operations
