VP, Enterprise Systems

This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise systems strategy across a global, multi-functional organization operating in a complex manufacturing and commercial environment. You will serve as a key technology partner to executive leadership, ensuring enterprise platforms enable scalability, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. The role spans CRM, ERP, and integrated business applications supporting finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer operations. You will bridge strategy and execution, aligning technology investments with business priorities in a fast-evolving, growth-oriented context. Acting as a trusted advisor to the CIO, you will influence enterprise-wide decisions while ensuring systems remain secure, resilient, and future-ready. This is a highly impactful role combining architectural vision, program delivery leadership, and organizational transformation.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the overall strategy, governance, and evolution of enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Oversee the design, integration, scalability, and performance of core enterprise applications supporting commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of major technology programs, from business case development and planning through implementation, stabilization, and adoption.
  • Ensure operational excellence across enterprise systems, including availability, reliability, cybersecurity compliance, and vendor management.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Lead organizational change management efforts to support adoption of new systems and processes while driving measurable business value.
  • Build and develop high-performing enterprise systems teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise systems, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environments.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and large-scale ERP systems, with experience overseeing integrated technology ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation, enterprise modernization, or large-scale system implementation programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing technology teams with a focus on delivery excellence.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
