This role is a senior go-to-market leadership position focused on scaling enterprise product marketing strategy into repeatable, high-impact execution across complex sales environments. You will translate platform capabilities into clear value narratives, structured GTM plays, and sales enablement programs that directly drive pipeline growth and deal acceleration. Operating at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you will partner closely with enterprise sales leadership to improve win rates and expand adoption within strategic accounts. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring messaging and positioning are effectively deployed across the funnel. You will also shape competitive strategy, refine enterprise segmentation approaches, and build scalable frameworks for account targeting and deal progression. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly influences enterprise revenue performance and market expansion.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and operationalize enterprise GTM plays across key segments, industries, and buying centers to drive scalable revenue impact.
  • Develop clear value frameworks tailored to enterprise stakeholders such as CIOs, CISOs, and data leaders.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, increase win rates, and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Translate product positioning into pipeline-generating programs, messaging, and enablement tools.
  • Align with demand generation, partner, and customer success teams to ensure consistent execution across the funnel.
  • Support cross-sell and platform adoption strategies within the existing customer base.
  • Build enterprise sales tools including battlecards, objection handling guides, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Support strategic deals and key accounts with tailored messaging and deal-specific GTM strategies.
  • Create scalable frameworks for segmentation, account targeting, and deal progression.
  • Continuously refine GTM strategies based on field feedback and performance data to optimize outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or related roles within enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex deal structures, and multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Proven experience building and scaling repeatable GTM motions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Track record of driving pipeline growth, revenue impact, and product adoption through marketing initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling use cases, value propositions, and business outcomes.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution focus.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments while driving clarity and structured outcomes.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with credibility in front of enterprise sales teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation based on geographic zone and experience, including base pay and performance-based bonus (OTE where applicable)
  • Unlimited paid time off plus 12 paid holidays
  • 4 additional global wellness days and 24 paid volunteer hours annually
  • Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one
  • Mental health support, therapy sessions, and wellness tools via employee assistance programs
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support programs
  • 24/7 virtual veterinary care support
  • Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental insurance options
  • Tax-advantaged healthcare, dependent care, and commuting accounts
  • Learning and development resources including LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly, mentoring, and global learning events
