You will play a key role in translating global marketing strategies into high-impact local initiatives that strengthen pipeline growth and support sales performance. Working closely with commercial, product, and sales teams, you will shape positioning, enable customer engagement, and elevate market intelligence across the region. You will engage with key opinion leaders, monitor market shifts, and identify opportunities to strengthen competitive advantage. In this role, you will lead regional marketing execution and demand generation initiatives while ensuring strong alignment with commercial objectives and sales outcomes.
- Manage and optimize lead generation activities through CRM systems, ensuring effective tracking, funnel progression, and conversion insights in collaboration with sales teams
- Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive demand, strengthen pipeline, and support product positioning
- Conduct market intelligence activities by monitoring trends, competitors, and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Support sales enablement by communicating product value propositions, new technologies, and market positioning to internal stakeholders
- Lead strategic initiatives including key opinion leader engagement programs and thought leadership activities within the regional ecosystem
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and campaign impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional global and regional teams to localize campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging
The ideal candidate brings strong commercial marketing experience within life sciences or a related technical environment, combined with a data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
- 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, commercial marketing, demand generation, or business development roles
- Degree in life sciences or a related scientific discipline preferred
- Strong understanding of the biopharma, biosimilars, or bioprocessing ecosystem, including regulatory and competitive landscapes
- Experience in lead management, CRM systems, market intelligence, and sales enablement activities
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for customers and sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across cross-functional teams
- Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) and exposure to outcomes-driven marketing approaches is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region
