This is a highly visible position in a fast-paced, data-driven environment that values innovation, accountability, and measurable growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and grow senior client relationships, aligning Paid Search strategy with broader business objectives, P&L goals, and customer journey insights, while guiding executive-level decision-making through QBRs and strategic presentations
  • Lead full-funnel Paid Search planning, ensuring integration with other channels and translating data, platform signals, and insights into actionable growth strategies
  • Oversee platform strategy and automation adoption (including value-based bidding and Performance Max), ensuring best practices, governance, and performance optimization across accounts
  • Drive measurement excellence through hypothesis-driven testing frameworks, experiment design, and clear financial impact evaluation tied to business outcomes
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, tracking integrity, and forecasting accuracy, while embedding scalable processes and QA systems
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear goals, coaching talent, and building a strong succession pipeline
  • Manage financial performance across accounts, including margin, utilization, capacity planning, and revenue forecasting in collaboration with finance partners
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement by sharing frameworks, insights, and best practices across teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Paid Search and Shopping, managing large-scale accounts with significant monthly media spend
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360 or similar platforms, and familiarity with automation tools and scripts
  • Deep understanding of performance measurement, including GA4, experimentation design, forecasting, and incremental testing methodologies
  • Strong cross-channel knowledge, with the ability to connect Paid Search strategy to broader digital marketing ecosystems
  • Solid financial acumen, including margin management, forecasting accuracy, and capacity planning
  • Proven ability to communicate complex strategies to executive stakeholders in a clear, structured, and influential way
  • Experience integrating data-driven insights into campaign strategy and optimization at scale
  • Google Ads Search and Shopping certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
Benefits:
  • Salary range: $130,000 – $155,000 annually
  • Incentive compensation program including monthly variable revenue share and discretionary annual performance bonus
  • 100% remote work environment with full flexibility
  • Unlimited PTO plus 20 paid holidays for strong work-life balance
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision, life & disability) and flexible spending accounts
  • Retirement plan with company match up to 4%
  • Parental leave: 16 weeks fully paid for birthing parents, 12 weeks for partners
  • Learning and development programs including mentorship, leadership training, and on-demand learning resources
  • Wellness and lifestyle perks including telemedicine, therapy access, and additional employee support programs
