Warehouse/Inside Sales Associate at Kerr Controls – Sudbury, Ontario

Kerr Smart Energy is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative.

The Warehouse/Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting Kerr’s customers, sales teams, and branch staff by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods, the detailed and precise completion of paperwork, and maintaining safe and efficient work practices. This role requires strong attention to detail and computer skills for order entry, documentation, and customer follow-up. By helping our customers succeed and contributing to branch performance goals, The Warehouse/Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in Kerr’s success.

What you bring to the team:

· Must possess intermediate computer skills

· Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry

· Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork

· Adhere to safe and efficient work practices

· Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs

· Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses

· HVAC product knowledge is not a required but considered and asset

· Previous experience in customer service and/or counter sales

· Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training

· Flexibility to assist warehouse staff periodically is considered an asset

· Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
