Registered Nurse - Home Health at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

$5,000 Sign-on Bonus or Loan Forgiveness

This position is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients of the home health agency they will assess, treat and care for patients demonstrating an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional and chronological maturation process; and coordinate care planning with other disciplines. Oversees the work of other professional and non-professional personnel.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with an Associates Degree required with Bachelor's preferred.

Experience in home health preferred or one year of hospital experience.

IV Therapy required

Valid TN nurisng license and driver's license required.

BLS required upon hire or during orientation.
