We're hiring a Full-Time Floor Support & Resident Driver—a key member of our team who helps us live out that vision by showing up when it matters most. In this dual-role position, you'll:

• Transport residents to and from medical appointments (top priority)
• Support our maintenance and care team during peak activity times—especially meal service and shift changes
• Provide floor support through light hospitality tasks (passing trays, tidying, helping residents)
• Work on daily and weekly maintenance related work orders.

Schedule Requirements:

• Must be available and responsive to phone calls, messages, etc.
• Present and dependable especially during day and evening shift change (2PM)
• Drive residents using company vehicles to appointments as scheduled
