About Threecolts
Threecolts builds powerful tools that help ecommerce sellers thrive — from tactical arbitrage to smart repricing and everything in between. Our flagship suite, Seller 365, bundles the most trusted solutions for Amazon sellers and SMBs, helping them streamline operations, improve margins, and scale with confidence.

As we expand our retail recovery services, we’re hiring a Deductions & Dispute Lead to deepen our expertise in Target’s deduction and compliance landscape and drive real, measurable client outcomes.

The Role
We’re looking for someone who knows Target’s deduction and compliance process inside and out. If you’ve worked directly with the Synergy platform, managed shortage claims, post-audit disputes, or compliance fines for a supplier, this role was built for you.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position. We already have dispute files coming in, and you’ll be directly responsible for resolving them, improving win rates, and building out our internal Target playbook.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of Target-related deductions, from identification and documentation to dispute submission through Synergy.
  • Advise clients on Target deduction best practices—including timelines, backup documentation, and internal workflows for handling disputes.
  • Investigate deduction trends, uncover recurring issues, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to reduce future revenue leakage.
  • Develop SOPs, dispute templates, and internal training guides to ensure consistency and scalability of our Target recovery services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients dealing with Target-related deduction issues, providing ongoing updates, guidance, and support.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to internal teams and new hires through documented workflows and platform training.
  • Support the growth of our recovery services offering by improving dispute win rates and optimizing service delivery for Target clients.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience managing deductions, post-audit claims, shortage disputes, or compliance issues with Target, ideally as a supplier or within a recovery services team.
  • Deep knowledge of Target’s Synergy platform, including deduction resolution workflows and supporting documentation requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to recover revenue from invalid deductions across shortage, compliance, and post-audit categories.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and develop preventative strategies from deduction data.
  • Comfortable working independently on complex issues and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining platform processes and dispute logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in building internal resources such as process docs, training guides, and SOPs.
  • Familiarity with Target’s compliance programs, deduction codes, and resolution standards.
  • Experience using deduction management tools such as SupplyPike, iNymbus, or similar software is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-client or consulting environment, with the ability to prioritize and stay organized across projects.
