Physical Therapist at Top Tier Reps LLC – Sanford, North Carolina

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team and deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving patient outcomes, collaborative in nature, and committed to providing excellent care in accordance with clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Adhere to all clinical policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of North Carolina.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
