Title: HRIS & Benefits Specialist

Reports to: VP Human Resources

Job Classification: Full time- Exempt

Location: Denver, CO

Salary: $75-80k

Position Overview:

• HRIS Management:
  • Responsible for the configuration and rollout of non-payroll modules in ADP
    • Talent Management process (performance evaluations and merit planning)
    • Employee Voice process (Employee Engagement Survey)
    • Learning Management System (Onboarding, compliance training)
  • Manages the Employee Change process
  • Manages ADP reporting for clients and HR team
    • Bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly Benefits reports
    • Monthly anniversary and service awards
  • Manages SSP PTO Plans, answers employee/manager PTO questions, and makes necessary adjustments
  • Generates annual Individual Total Compensation Statements
  • Completes Employment Verifications and Unemployment Claims
  • Other HRIS duties as assigned

• Benefits
  • Responds/follows up on benefit related HR inbox items
  • Review and approve employee benefits changes
  • Manages the Leave of Absence program (benefit premium calculations/repayment plans, employee paid leave options, FMLA and leave tracking)
  • Generates and uploads bi-weekly manual benefit file feeds (HSA, FSA, COBRA and 401k)
  • Notifies new hires of 401k benefits eligibility
  • Reviews monthly/quarterly production bonuses for employee good standing prior to payroll processing
  • Manages Employee Store
  • Manages SIMKO Dental Plan
  • Other Benefits duties as assigned
