RN New Graduate - Residency Program

Position Overview:
The RN Resident provides direct and indirect patient care services to meet the psychosocial, physical, and restorative needs of patients under the supervision of a licensed registered nurse. The RN Resident contributes to compassionate, respectful care, reflecting UNC Health Appalachian’s Mission, Vision, and Values in action. After a designated period of time, the new graduate registered nurse may do rotations to specialty areas to determine their interest(s).
