Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth operations and high customer service standards
• Provide a positive customer experience
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and postal standards
• Address customer and staff concerns in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
• Assist with cash handling and cashier duties necessary
• Support in merchandising displays, stock rotation, and inventory checks
• Take initiative to resolve issues and improve store efficiency

• Friendly, approachable, and highly customer service oriented
• An excellent communicator and team motivator
• Organized and detail-focused, especially when handling cash or stock
• Able to take initiative and work independently when needed
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy retail environment
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and use stairs as needed
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
