An iconic establishment in Whistler since 1997, the Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub is located in Whistler’s premier hotel property, Pan Pacific Mountainside. We provide the best Irish pub experience outside of Ireland and our team consists of some of the most skilled, friendly & energetic hospitality professionals around.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes and maintain cleanliness of dish area
• Communicate with both the BOH and FOH teams
• Maintaining the organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and dishes
• Organizing composting and recycling
• Ensure that all equipment is in working order and well maintained
• Under guidance; handling, restocking and storing food products in accordance to company policy and standards
• Preform additional duties as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs as required
