Customer Service Representative at Trace Minerals Research – Ogden, Utah

Summary: The purpose of a Customer Success Representative is to provide excellent front line customer experience that focuses on delivering positive outputs and puts customers at the heart of what we do. To provide day-to-day support for our sales efforts and add the Customer Experience value to our brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders and communication with other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required.
• Provide and assist customers with general information, pricing of products and materials.
• Follow up with customers regarding current open orders, credits, and return issues.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience desired.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude, able to handle all situations professionally.
• General computer skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn about product knowledge and adapt to changes as they occur.
• Positive and upbeat phone and voice etiquette with clear communication.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15lbs.
