We're seeking an IT Analyst who is as passionate about Apple endpoints and workflow automation as we are about transforming insurance. You’ll become the go-to expert for our cloud-native tech stack, working hand-in-hand with our Security and Engineering teams to build a secure, frictionless employee experience. This is a Remote Role however, we are not accepting candidates from Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the continental US.

What to expect

  • Be the “go to” expert for our MacOS ecosystem. Provide Tier 1 & 2 support providing our employees with a high performance technical experience
  • Orchestrate onboarding and offboarding processes, including user provisioning and deprovisioning via Okta automating our user lifecycle management
  • Administer, support and optimize core productivity, collaboration, and business applications used across the organization from Google Workspace to specialized business applications and core Reserv products
  • Assist with Apple device lifecycle management, including provisioning, imaging, OS updates, security baselines, and hardware troubleshooting. Tackle and solve hardware puzzles
  • Perform basic identity and access management tasks, including group management, application access, MFA support and access reviews. Help keep our data secure and our team stays productive
  • Troubleshoot application, device, and access-related issues, escalating complex problems when appropriate. Document and escalate recurring issues to the Engineering team to create solutions not workarounds
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory. Ensure we have the right assets at the right time
  • Document IT processes, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides on a regular basis! Take ownership!
  • Assist with IT projects such as new application rollouts, device management policy improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancements
  • Support IT and security best practices in coordination with the Security team (e.g., device compliance, access hygiene, endpoint posture)

Does this sound like you?

  • 1-3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or systems administration role. You’re a MacOS native, navigating a Unix/Linux environment while being fluent with Windows
  • Hands-on experience with Apple device management (or strong willingness to learn)
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity platforms such as Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365
  • You know your way around identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, user provisioning)
  • You translate “tech speak” into “human speak”. Show empathy while working through issues/troubleshooting with end users. Let your technical magic skills shine and educate along the way
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and adapt in a fast-paced, SaaS-heavy environment
  • Experience working in a cloud-first or startup environment
Icing on the cake
  • You’re familiar with Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP) and Apple Business Manager and can’t wait to learn more
  • You’re security minded and familiar with endpoint security or compliance controls on MacOS
  • You love automation!! Scripting languages such as Bash, zsh, Powershell are your friends
  • You earned them! Use them! Relevant IT certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Apple certifications). Bootcamps and advanced Technology training are great. Pursuing an Associate or Bachelors degree - amazing!
  • You’ve worked with/had exposure to working with hardware/software vendor relationships
