As a Regional People & Culture Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor for leaders across the Americas, driving people strategies that align with business goals while fostering an engaging and high-performance work environment. You will collaborate with regional and global HR leaders to deliver seamless employee experiences, influence organizational culture, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. The role involves guiding leaders on performance management, career development, and team engagement, while supporting workforce planning, succession management, and strategic initiatives. You will act as the voice of the region, providing insights to shape global programs while localizing solutions for your teams. This position requires a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating work experiences that people love.
- Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, translating business objectives into actionable people strategies
- Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, career development, and employee relations
- Ensure alignment of P&C initiatives with departmental and global standards, maintaining deep understanding of business operations
- Partner with internal communications and experience teams to deliver local execution that aligns with regional strategy
- Drive employee engagement, morale, retention, and inclusion across the region
- Oversee workforce planning, succession management, and team structure recommendations
- Maintain compliance with employment laws across the US and Canada and manage complex employee relations issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3+ years as a Business Partner
- Experience in technology or SaaS environments preferred, with understanding of fast-paced, high-growth organizational needs
- Strong knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws and regulations
- Proven ability to influence leaders constructively and navigate complex organizational challenges with high EQ
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills across global teams
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Energetic, self-starter with a service-oriented, intrapreneurial mindset
