- Build and execute multi-modal content strategies across text, video, live courses, labs, assessments, and on-demand training
- Identify emerging technology trends, skills gaps, and market needs to inform content acquisition and development
- Source, contract, and collaborate with subject-matter experts and instructors to create high-quality learning materials
- Partner with generative AI tools and internal teams (development editors, instructional designers, and production) to co-create innovative content experiences
- Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies and formats to maximize learner engagement and outcomes
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
- Serve as a domain expert, advising internal teams and supporting marketing and sales initiatives with detailed content insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Education, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- 8–10 years of editorial or education experience with progressive responsibility
- Proficiency with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools for content ideation and prototyping
- Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple content initiatives concurrently
- Exceptional relationship management and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external talent
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments
- Passion for learning, adaptability, and curiosity to continuously grow in editorial strategy and content development
