What We’re Looking For
We are seeking fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives based anywhere in Colombia.
As the face of WindshieldHUB, you’ll help customers across the U.S. with inquiries, service scheduling, and support. This is a virtual work position, but professionalism, communication, and customer satisfaction are expected at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a high level of accuracy and empathy.
• Guide customers through the booking process and answer service-related question
• Resolve issues or escalate when necessary using established protocols.
• Assist customers with navigating our website and digital tools.
• Manage time effectively while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work in coordination with internal departments to support customer needs.
• Deliver a service experience that promotes brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Fluency in English (C1 or C2 level required).
• Prior experience virtual home in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with CRMs or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk,
• etc.).
• A strong work ethic, punctuality, and organizational skills.
• High-speed internet, a reliable desktop or laptop, and a noise-canceling
• headset.
• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home to handle calls without
• interruptions.
• Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends if
• needed.
