What You’ll Do

• Maintain communication with customers via our Order management system, call, texting, and emails.
• Schedule approved jobs according to staffing availability and location of the jobs w the customer.
• Relay any communications between clients, staff, and management.
• Assist estimators with material location and pricing.

• Experienced in scheduling technicians
• Extreme ability to multitask
• Must have local geographical knowledge
• Tech Savvy
• Committed to quality, and doing the job right
• Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Have reliable transportation
• Have valid car insurance
• Valid driver’s license
• We will run your DMV record
• We will conduct background check
• We will perform drug screen
• Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
