This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing sales team and play a key role in driving revenue across the North American market. As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle while engaging with mid-market clients and expanding strategic relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering a dynamic and performance-driven environment. You will operate in a fully remote setup while engaging with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, clearly communicating solution value to potential clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and partners to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer success, and solution engineering to enhance deal success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Respond effectively to inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities through outbound efforts
- Qualify prospects, understand their business challenges, and tailor outreach and solutions accordingly
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations aligned with customer needs
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and best practices in SaaS and digital marketing
- Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through ongoing learning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS sales within the North American market
- At least 2 years of experience selling to mid-market or large mid-market clients
- Background in martech, adtech, or data technology with strong awareness of the competitive landscape
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a performance-driven environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and familiarity with modern sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify customer needs and position solutions effectively
