You will own the full product lifecycle, pricing, contracting, and corporate agreements while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. - Lead global sales and marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and international market needs
- Develop and execute customer strategies, including revenue optimization, segmentation, and distribution planning
- Oversee global product lifecycle and commercial strategic planning, including corporate agreements and pricing strategies
- Drive marketing initiatives for existing and pipeline products, ensuring clear communication of product value and market differentiation
- Establish and manage annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development functions
- Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent in partnership with Human Resources
- Analyze market and industry trends to inform new commercial strategies and contribute to product development ideation
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless order fulfillment in collaboration with functional leaders
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or Business Administration; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical or life sciences field
- Proven track record of leading global commercial operations, sales strategy, and marketing execution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing teams
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Superior communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Ability to travel globally as needed to support commercial operations and partnerships
